Available now — click-to-reply
You can reply to WhatsApp leads today with click-to-reply: Yesoma opens WhatsApp with your AI-drafted message pre-filled, you tap send. No approvals, no API. Set your number in Settings → Channels, and see Use WhatsApp click-to-reply.
Rolling out — full API activation
Full WhatsApp API activation (two-way sync, send from inside Yesoma, proactive follow-ups) is rolling out through Managed Messaging. Because it runs on the WhatsApp Business Platform, it depends on Meta approval and account eligibility, so timelines vary by business.
To start: Messaging → Request Managed Setup → WhatsApp. A real person handles the connection and emails you when it's live.
What the statuses mean
- Click-to-reply live — reply by tapping; available now.
- Rolling out / Managed activation in progress — we're connecting your number.
- Connected — full API send is active for your workspace.
Good to know
- Activating the API on a number means it moves to the WhatsApp Business Platform and can't also run in the consumer WhatsApp app — we'll confirm this with you first.
