What's available now (click-to-reply) versus full API activation rolling out through managed setup.

Here's exactly where WhatsApp stands in Yesoma, so you always know what's available right now versus what's still rolling out.

Available now — click-to-reply

You can reply to WhatsApp leads today with click-to-reply: Yesoma opens WhatsApp with your AI-drafted message pre-filled, you tap send. No approvals, no API. Set your number in Settings → Channels, and see Use WhatsApp click-to-reply.

Rolling out — full API activation

Full WhatsApp API activation (two-way sync, send from inside Yesoma, proactive follow-ups) is rolling out through Managed Messaging. Because it runs on the WhatsApp Business Platform, it depends on Meta approval and account eligibility, so timelines vary by business.

To start: Messaging → Request Managed Setup → WhatsApp. A real person handles the connection and emails you when it's live.

What the statuses mean

  • Click-to-reply live — reply by tapping; available now.
  • Rolling out / Managed activation in progress — we're connecting your number.
  • Connected — full API send is active for your workspace.

Good to know

  • Activating the API on a number means it moves to the WhatsApp Business Platform and can't also run in the consumer WhatsApp app — we'll confirm this with you first.
  • Proactive messages outside the 24-hour window use pre-approved templates. See the WhatsApp Use Policy.
