Customer Success Engineer

You will be the technical face of Yesoma. Service business owners sign up, you make sure they succeed: WhatsApp is connected, Business Brain has real content, the AI is replying in their voice, the first follow-up fires on time. When something breaks, you debug it. When something is missing, you write the playbook. You feed every real signal back to the engineering team so the next version of the product is shaped by what owners actually struggle with.

What you'll do

Onboard new workspaces. Run live or async onboarding for new customers. Get them from sign-up to first AI-drafted reply in under 30 minutes. Help connect WhatsApp Business, forward email, wire website forms.
Own the technical surfaces customers touch. Inbound integrations, webhook setup, API keys, CSV imports, browser extension, scheduled-send config. Triage and resolve whatever's in their way.
Build the Business Brain together with each customer. Sit with owners on a video call. Pull their policies, FAQs, tone, services out of their heads and into structured form. This is the leverage point for every AI reply.
Write the playbooks.Every recurring customer question becomes a help-center entry, a guide, or a template. We're building the institutional knowledge a customer success org will lean on for years.
Be the feedback loop.Weekly synthesis of what real owners are blocked by, what they love, what they're ignoring. This shapes the next sprint, the next Business Brain prompt, the next analyze tuning.
Expand accounts. When a customer outgrows Starter, you spot it first and help them upgrade. When a team needs approval flows, you set them up. Healthy retention and natural expansion is the goal.

What we're looking for

You write code well enough to debug it. You don't need to ship features, but if a Supabase RLS policy is blocking an insert, a webhook isn't firing, or a Postman call is 401-ing, you should be able to dig in.
You can talk to a real business owner like a human.Not “did you try clearing your cache.” More like “walk me through what you do every Monday morning.” Empathy first, technical second.
You write clearly.Async-first team. If you can't turn a customer call into a 6-line summary that the engineering team can act on, this role will be painful.
You have opinions about AI products.You use Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor. You can tell the difference between AI that's pretending and AI that's actually grounded. You'll be tuning Business Brain with us.
2+ years in a customer-facing technical role. Implementation engineer, solutions engineer, technical CSM, forward-deployed engineer.
