These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Yesoma, an AI customer success platform operated by Afia Labs(“Afia Labs”, “Yesoma”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using Yesoma, you agree to these Terms.
Yesoma is operated by Afia Labs. We serve service businesses across the United States and globally.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing, signing up for, or using Yesoma, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using Yesoma on behalf of a business or other entity (an “Organization”), you represent that you have the authority to bind that Organization to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use Yesoma.
2. What Yesoma is
Yesoma is a software-as-a-service product that helps businesses manage customer inquiries across WhatsApp, email, and the web. It provides:
- A unified inbox for inbound customer messages from connected channels.
- AI-drafted reply suggestions grounded in business-supplied context (your “Business Brain”).
- Customer memory, observations, health scoring, tagging, and merge tools.
- Scheduled follow-ups, scheduled sends, templates, and insights.
- Team workspace, role-based assignments, approvals, and audit trail.
- A public REST API, browser extension, webhooks, and Web Push notifications.
We may add, change, or remove features at any time. Material changes that reduce the functionality you rely on will be communicated by email or in-app notice with reasonable notice.
3. Your account
To use Yesoma you must create an account using a valid email address, by signing in with a supported single sign-on provider (e.g. Google), or by accepting an invitation from an existing Organization. You must:
- Provide accurate, complete information and keep it current.
- Keep your password, API keys, and authentication tokens confidential.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access.
- Be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
You are responsible for everything that happens under your account or via your scoped API keys. Workspaces with multiple team members are jointly governed by the Organization owner, who may invite, disable, or reassign roles.
4. Your data and content
You retain all rights to the data you bring to Yesoma — including customer information, inquiry messages, voice notes, templates, Business Brain entries, observations, notes, and files (“Customer Content”). We process Customer Content only on your instructions and as needed to provide the service.
You grant Afia Labs a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, display, and create derivative works of your Customer Content solely to operate, maintain, and improve Yesoma for you. This license ends when you delete the content or close your account, except for backups in transit to deletion (typically within 30 days).
We do not train AI models on your Customer Content. Customer Content is not used to train Anthropic, OpenAI, or any other foundation model. Aggregated, anonymized usage analytics (e.g. “average inquiry response time across all workspaces”) may be used to improve the product.
You may export your workspace at any time via Settings → Workspace export. You may request full deletion by emailing privacy@getyesoma.com; we will action your request within 30 days.
5. AI-generated content
Yesoma uses third-party large language models (currently Anthropic Claude and OpenAI Whisper) to:
- Draft suggested reply text for incoming inquiries.
- Summarize, classify, and tag inbound messages.
- Transcribe inbound voice notes.
- Propose customer observations, templates, and Business Brain entries.
- Generate weekly narrative insights.
AI suggestions are drafts for human review. You — the workspace owner or assigned agent — are responsible for what is ultimately sent to your customers. Yesoma defaults to a human-in-the-loop workflow (you tap to send via wa.me/email; scheduled sends fire a reminder, not an automatic outbound message, unless explicitly enabled).
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Do not rely on AI-generated content for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. We make no guarantee that AI-generated content is fit for any particular purpose.
6. WhatsApp and channel integrations
Yesoma helps you triage WhatsApp conversations using two modes:
- Click-to-reply via wa.me deep links. Yesoma generates a prefilled WhatsApp link; the actual message is sent from your own WhatsApp account through the standard WhatsApp app. Yesoma does not transmit the message to your customer in this mode.
- Native WhatsApp Business connection. Where you connect a WhatsApp Business number directly, messages may be sent through the WhatsApp Business Platform. Your use of WhatsApp remains subject to WhatsApp Business Terms and WhatsApp Business Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to message your customers via WhatsApp, email, or any other channel, and for complying with the platform's acceptable-use rules.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Yesoma to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or content that violates any applicable law.
- Send threatening, harassing, defamatory, deceptive, or fraudulent messages to any person.
- Use Yesoma to collect, store, or process highly sensitive data (e.g. payment card data subject to PCI-DSS, government-issued identification numbers, health records subject to HIPAA) without our prior written consent.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of Yesoma except as permitted by law.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of Yesoma or breach security or authentication measures without our prior written consent.
- Use Yesoma to build a competing product or for benchmarking purposes intended for public release.
- Exceed published rate limits or otherwise interfere with the service's normal operation.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you are violating these acceptable-use rules.
8. Plans, billing, and refunds
Yesoma offers Free, Pro, and Growth tiers. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. You authorize Afia Labs (via Stripe) to charge the payment method on file for the recurring subscription fee until you cancel.
You may cancel at any time from Settings → Billing (Stripe Customer Portal). Your plan remains active until the end of the paid period; you will not be charged again. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial periods, except where required by law.
If a charge fails, we will retry per Stripe's smart retry schedule. If payment remains unresolved after 14 days, paid features will be paused; your data remains intact for at least 90 days, during which you can reactivate by updating payment.
9. Intellectual property
Yesoma, including all software, designs, logos, copy, and documentation, is owned by Afia Labs and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Yesoma during your active subscription, solely for your internal business purposes.
Templates you publish to the public template marketplace are published under a permissive license that allows any other Yesoma workspace to clone and modify them. Workspace identity is anonymized in marketplace listings (only your industry tag appears). You may withdraw your marketplace submissions at any time.
Feedback you send us about Yesoma may be used by us without obligation or attribution.
10. Third-party services
Yesoma depends on the following third-party services to function. Your use of Yesoma involves the processing of data by these providers under their own terms:

We do not control these providers and are not responsible for their actions. We choose providers that maintain security and privacy controls appropriate for SaaS workloads.
11. Warranty disclaimer
Yesoma is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Afia Labs disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of AI-generated content.
We do not warrant that Yesoma will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure against all attacks, or that AI suggestions will be accurate. You use Yesoma at your own discretion and risk.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Afia Labs' total cumulative liability arising from or related to these Terms or your use of Yesoma will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid Afia Labs in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $100.
In no event will Afia Labs be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with Yesoma, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Afia Labs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim, liability, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use of Yesoma in violation of these Terms.
- Content you submit, transmit, or post to Yesoma.
- Your violation of any applicable law or third-party right (including the rights of your customers).
- Messages you send via channels integrated through Yesoma.
14. Termination
You may stop using Yesoma at any time. You may close your account from Settings → Account or by emailing privacy@getyesoma.com.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use Yesoma in a way that creates legal exposure for us or other users. Where practicable, we will give you reasonable notice and an opportunity to fix the issue.
On termination: your subscription stops, you lose access to the workspace, and your data is deleted within 30 days unless a longer retention period is required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (IP, liability, indemnity, governing law) will survive.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Virginia, unless applicable mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at legal@getyesoma.com so we can try to resolve the dispute informally.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you at least 14 days before the changes take effect via email and an in-app notice. Continued use of Yesoma after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using Yesoma before the effective date.
