When Yesoma flags 'pricing stuck'

Yesoma spots conversations where a customer keeps asking about price and hasn't been given one. What triggers the flag, what the colors mean, and the two ways to fix it.

Money questions are where deals quietly die. A customer asks "how much?", the answer slips, they ask again, and eventually they go cold. Yesoma watches for exactly this pattern and flags it on the case so you can fix it before you lose the booking.

What triggers the flag

Yesoma reads each conversation and raises a "pricing stuck" banner when the customer is clearly trying to get a price and hasn't been given one. It is looking for repeated asks about cost, or signs of frustration about not getting a number, while no price has been shared in the thread.

It is not triggered by a single casual "what are your rates?" that you then answer. It fires when the question keeps coming back unanswered.

What the colors mean

The banner's intensity reflects how stuck the conversation is:

  • Low (soft): the customer has nudged about price and it is worth getting ahead of.
  • Medium (amber): they have asked more than once with no answer.
  • High (coral, intense): four or more asks, or explicit frustration. This one is close to lost. Act now.

The two things you can do

The banner gives you two one-tap actions:

  1. Add price to Business Brain. If this comes up a lot, the real fix is to put the price (or a starting-from figure, or a clear "depends on X" rule) into your Business Brain. Then Yesoma can answer pricing for you, in your suggested replies, going forward.
  2. Send pricing in next reply. For a one-off, this nudges your next suggested reply to actually include a number or a clear next step toward one (for example, "it starts at $X" or "to quote you exactly I need A and B").

Why it is worth paying attention to

Most customers will not ask a third or fourth time. They assume you are expensive, or that you are not interested, and they move on. The flag exists so a pricing question never gets buried under everything else in your inbox.
