Instagram DMs — early access

Bring Instagram customer inquiries into Yesoma so your team can track replies, follow-ups, and history in one place. Instagram messaging runs on Meta's APIs and requires permissions and review, so it's rolling out as early access — not yet live for every business. Join early access from Messaging → Instagram → Join early access.

Facebook Messenger — early access

Manage Facebook Page conversations alongside your cases, follow-ups, and AI-assisted replies. Like Instagram, Messenger uses Meta's APIs and needs Page connection, permissions, and review — so it's early access. Join from Messaging → Facebook Messenger.

TikTok messages — waitlist

TikTok messaging support depends on platform access and approval, which isn't broadly available yet. Join the waitlist in Messaging → TikTok and we'll notify you when Yesoma supports TikTok conversations.

Honest by design

  • We won't show a "connect" button for a channel until the connection flow is genuinely live.
  • Not every channel is available to every business immediately — access depends on the platform's rules.
  • We'll never ask for your passwords or login codes.
