Brand your emails (logo, color, signature)
Upload a logo, set your brand color and from-address, and add an HTML or plain-text personal signature that auto-applies to every reply.
Yesoma sends customer replies under your business — not ours — once you're on Business+. That means your logo, your brand color, your from-address, and a personal sign-off on every reply. This guide walks through the three pieces.
1. Workspace branding (logo + color + footer)
Settings → Branding. The four fields that show up in every outbound customer email:
- Workspace display name — what shows in the email "From" name and the header band. Defaults to your workspace name.
- Logo — upload a file directly (Upload button, PNG / JPEG / WebP / SVG, 2 MB max) OR paste a public URL from any CDN. Uploaded files are stored on Yesoma's bucket and served from a stable public URL — most email clients refuse to load images from auth'd or expiring URLs, so a public URL is what works.
- Brand color — hex like
#6D5DF6. Used as the accent stripe at the top of every reply. - Custom From email — the address replies appear to come from (requires DKIM verification on your domain).
- Reply-To email — where customer replies land. Defaults to your From address.
- Email footer (HTML) — appears at the bottom of every branded reply. Use it for your business address, social links, or legal disclaimers. HTML is sanitized server-side (script / iframe / inline event handlers are stripped automatically).
Save Branding to apply. Changes take effect on the next reply you send.
2. Your personal email signature
Each teammate sets their own signature so customers see it was Sarah from your team, not Yesoma. Settings → Notifications → "Your email signature."
Two authoring modes via the toggle in the top-right of the card:
Plain text mode (default)
Type a few lines, line breaks become real line breaks. HTML is escaped (so < shows as <, never as a tag). Fastest path for most people:
Best,
Sarah Chen
Owner · Glam by Celia
(555) 123-4567 · glambycelia.com
HTML mode
For when you want bold, links, an inline image, or a layout the plain-text mode can't express. Paste your HTML; we render it as-is into the email body after running it through a sanitizer that strips <script>, <iframe>, <style>, <form>, inline event handlers like onclick, and javascript: URLs. Inline images via data:image/... URIs are allowed for small icons or photos.
Example:
<p style="margin:0;">
<strong>Sarah Chen</strong><br>
Owner · Glam by Celia<br>
<a href="https://glambycelia.com">glambycelia.com</a> · (555) 123-4567
</p>
A live preview shows beneath the editor so you can confirm what customers will see before you save.
Your mode choice is remembered — the editor re-opens in the right view next time you visit.
3. The signature auto-applies — no extra step
Once you save a signature, every branded email you send through Yesoma includes it automatically:
- Inbox replies — when you send from a case, your signature is appended below the body.
- Quick Send — same: the template body goes first, your signature follows.
If you don't have a signature set, the email goes out with just the org-level branding (logo, color, footer). System emails like password resets and the daily digest aren't affected — those come from Yesoma, not from you.
Avoiding double sign-offs
The AI-drafted reply that lands in your inbox no longer includes a closing "Best, Sarah" line, because we'd duplicate your signature if it did. If you're editing an older draft that still has an AI sign-off in the body, you can delete it — but you don't have to. Yesoma automatically detects common closing phrases (Best, Thanks, Regards, Sincerely, Warmly, Cheers, etc.) at the end of the body and strips them at send time when a signature will follow.
What customers see
A customer reply looks like this in their inbox:
- From:
Glam by Celia <hello@glambycelia.com>(your branding, your address) - Subject:
Re: their original subject - Body: the reply text in your brand-colored email shell, with your logo at the top
- Your signature directly below the body
- Your org footer (if you set one) at the very bottom
Reply-to is set so when they reply, it goes back into your Yesoma inbox as a new message on the same case — the conversation stays threaded.
Plan gate
Branded emails (logo, color, signature, footer, custom From) unlock on Business. On Starter, replies still go out, but they go from Yesoma's default sender with no branding wrapper.
