Is there a free trial?

Business comes with 14 free days. You'll only be charged if you keep it past day 14. Starter stays free forever.

Do I need to set up any third-party accounts for WhatsApp?

No. Managed WhatsApp Business setup is included on every paid plan — we connect it for you end to end. You never create an account, log into a dashboard, or get a separate provider bill. Yesoma handles it.

How do WhatsApp message limits work?

Each paid plan includes a monthly allowance of outbound (business-initiated) WhatsApp messages — 500 on Business, 2,000 on Growth, 10,000 on Studio, and unlimited fair-use on Enterprise. Incoming messages from customers are always unlimited. Above your allowance it's a small per-message overage, billed by Yesoma — never a separate provider bill.

What's the difference between click-to-reply and managed WhatsApp?

Free Starter has click-to-reply — Yesoma drafts the message and you tap to open WhatsApp and send. On paid plans, managed setup means messages land in Yesoma automatically and you reply right inside your inbox.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your Billing settings and you keep access through the end of your billing period.

Do you offer annual discounts?

Yes — every paid plan is about 20% cheaper when billed annually.

What happens to my data if I downgrade?

Your conversations, customers, and Business Brain stay intact. Team and higher-tier features just become read-only.

How do my customers pay me?

Yesoma sends a clean invoice with your payment instructions on it — bank transfer, mobile money, cash, PayPal, Zelle, Wise, anything you already use. The customer pays you directly (not through Yesoma) and you mark the invoice paid when the money arrives. No processor fees, works in every country.

Can I switch tiers?

Yes. Upgrade any time from Settings → Billing. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.

What happens when I hit my message limit?

We'll email you when you're at 80% of your monthly cap. Overage messages are billed at the per-tier rate at month end. No service interruption.

What if I don't use any WhatsApp messages in a given month?

Unused messages don't roll over. Your monthly allotment refreshes on your billing date.

Are inbound WhatsApp messages counted?

No. Only outbound messages you send count toward your cap. Inbound is unlimited on all paid tiers.

Can I bring my existing WhatsApp Business number?

Yes, on Business and above. We'll port it during your managed setup.

What if WhatsApp suspends my account?

WhatsApp/Meta independently controls account standing. Yesoma will help you understand any issues, but suspensions are outside our control. See our WhatsApp Use Policy for guidance on staying in good standing.

Are taxes included?

Prices shown are exclusive of applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax). Tax is calculated at checkout based on your billing location.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, within 14 days of your first paid charge, no questions asked. After that, refunds are handled case-by-case. The $499 Managed Setup fee becomes non-refundable once setup work begins.

Do you offer nonprofit or educational discounts?
