SMS setup status

How SMS is set up for you through Managed Messaging, and what happens before it goes live.

SMS lets you follow up, send reminders, and reply to customers by text — with the whole conversation kept inside Yesoma.

Status: setup available through Managed Messaging

SMS is set up for you. You don't buy a number from a third party or configure anything technical — request it and Yesoma provisions and connects the channel.

To start: Messaging → Request Managed Setup → SMS. Tell us your country and rough monthly volume; we handle number provisioning and any compliance review, then email you when it's live.

What the statuses mean

  • Managed setup — available to request.
  • Rolling out — we're provisioning your SMS channel.
  • Connected — SMS sending is enabled for your workspace.

Before SMS is live

Until SMS is enabled for your workspace, the inbox won't show an SMS send option — that's intentional, so messages never fail silently. You'll see a clear note to request setup.

Usage + pricing

SMS usage appears in the Messaging hub once sending is enabled. Final SMS caps and pricing are confirmed during managed setup. Messaging must follow the Messaging Use Policy — consent, opt-out (STOP), and no spam.
