WhatsApp, SMS, and social in one command center — Yesoma sets up the channels for you.

Managed Messaging brings every customer conversation into Yesoma — WhatsApp, SMS, and (soon) social channels — so your team can reply, follow up, and recover leads from one place. Yesoma handles the technical setup; you don't manage providers, dashboards, or webhooks.

What you get

  • One command center at Messaging in the sidebar: every channel, its status, usage, and compliance in one view.
  • Managed setup — request a channel and a real person connects it for you. You never log into a separate messaging dashboard.
  • Honest status for each channel: what's live now, what's rolling out, and what's coming.

Channels today

  • WhatsApp — click-to-reply is available now; full API activation rolls out through managed setup (pending platform approval and account eligibility).
  • SMS — setup available through Managed Messaging.
  • Email + Website forms — already capturing into your inbox (configure in Settings → Channels).
  • Instagram & Facebook Messenger — early access.
  • TikTok — waitlist.

How to start

  1. Open Messaging.
  2. Click Request Managed Setup and pick the channels you want.
  3. Accept the messaging policy and submit. We reach out within a business day and email you when each channel is live.

Yesoma may use approved infrastructure providers behind the scenes to deliver messages securely — but that's our job to manage, not yours.
