Using Yesoma from your phone

Run your whole desk from a phone browser — add to home screen, the mobile inbox, voice reply, WhatsApp click-to-reply, push + tab badge, and what's easier on a bigger screen.

Most people who run a service business live on their phone, between clients, on a job site, behind the chair. Yesoma is built to be worked from a phone browser, not just a desk. This guide covers what works well on mobile, how to get notified, and the few things that are easier on a bigger screen.

Open it like an app

Yesoma runs in your phone's browser, no app store needed. Open it once, sign in, and add it to your home screen (Share, then "Add to Home Screen" on iPhone; the menu, then "Add to Home screen" on Android). After that it opens full-screen like any app.

What works great on mobile

  • The inbox. Read messages, see the AI suggested reply, edit it, and send, all one-handed.
  • Voice reply. Tap the microphone, speak your answer, and Yesoma polishes it into a clean message. Faster than typing on a phone. See Voice reply and language translation.
  • WhatsApp click-to-reply. Tap to jump straight into WhatsApp with your reply ready to send. See WhatsApp click-to-reply.
  • Quick actions. Mark won or lost, set a follow-up, and send a review request from the inbox preview.

Getting notified on the go

So you do not have to keep checking:

  • Web push sends a notification to your phone even when Yesoma is closed. Grant notification permission when prompted (or in your phone's settings for your browser).
  • The browser tab badge shows an unread count when the tab is in the background.
  • Optional email alerts are in Settings, Notifications.

Full setup: Get notified about new messages.

Better on a bigger screen

A few things are simply roomier on a tablet or laptop:

  • Building a detailed multi-line quote.
  • Filling out your Business Brain for the first time (lots of typing).
  • Reviewing the Insights and Performance dashboards.

You can do all of these on a phone, but if you have a laptop handy, the initial setup goes faster there. Day to day, the phone is plenty.
