Day-0 checklist: your first 60 minutes

The eight setup actions, in order, that get you fully live in about an hour — onboarding, Business Brain, channels, follow-ups, branding, notifications, team.

You just signed up and you want to be catching real customer messages today, not next week. Here is the short list: eight things, in order, that take about an hour total. Do them top to bottom and you are fully live.

The first 60 minutes

1. Finish onboarding (10 min)

Tell Yesoma what your business does and pick your industry. This seeds your replies with the right tone and defaults. See Quickstart.

2. Build your Business Brain (15 min)

Add your services, prices (or "starting from"), policies, and FAQs. This is what lets Yesoma answer accurately instead of guessing. It is the highest-leverage 15 minutes you will spend. See Build your Business Brain.

3. Connect your email (5 min)

The fastest channel to go live. Forward your business email in and replies go out as you. See Connect customer email.

4. Connect one more channel (5 min)

Add your website form and/or WhatsApp so customers reach you where they already are. See Connect a website form and WhatsApp click-to-reply.

5. Turn on follow-ups (3 min)

So a quiet quote gets a polite nudge automatically instead of being forgotten. See Set up automated follow-ups.

6. Brand your emails (5 min)

Your logo, colors, and from-address so replies look like you, not like a tool. See Brand your emails.

7. Turn on notifications (3 min)

Web push + the tab badge so you never miss a fresh message. See Get notified about new messages.

8. Invite your team, if you have one (5 min)

Add teammates and set roles so the right people can reply without seeing your billing. Solo? Skip this. See Invite team members and Team roles and permissions.

After today

Once messages are flowing, the two habits that matter: clear Needs reply in the morning, and glance at Follow-up due. Everything else (quotes, insights, the marketplace) you can grow into. See Understanding case status.
