Train your team with Yesoma Academy

In-product courses and certificates for customer service and business security — how courses and assessments work, and how certificates verify.

Yesoma Academy is in-product training and certification for your team. It teaches the customer-service and business-security habits that protect your revenue and your customers, and it gives each person a certificate they can verify and share. Find it under Academy in the sidebar (Intelligence).

The courses

Academy is organized into two tracks, Customer Experience and Business Security, with more courses added over time. The live courses are:

  • Customer Service Foundations
  • Handling Difficult Customers
  • Password & MFA Basics
  • Cybersecurity Basics for Small Businesses
  • AI Safety: What Not to Put Into AI Chat Tools

Each course opens with a short intro video, then written, interactive lessons. Courses shown as "Coming soon" are on the roadmap.

How a course works

A course is made of modules and lessons. As you work through a lesson you answer quick checks, and each module ends with a short quiz. To finish a course you complete every lesson and its module quizzes, then pass a final assessment (80% to pass; you can retake it).

Certificates

Pass the final assessment and you earn a Certificate of Completion with the skills covered. Each certificate has a unique ID and a public verification link, so anyone can confirm it is genuine. You can download it or share it (including to LinkedIn). Certificates are issued by Yesoma Academy and do not claim external accreditation.

Who can take courses and track progress

Anyone on your team can take courses. Managers and above can see team progress so you can tell who has completed which training. Some Academy features (the individual certificate, team progress dashboard, and custom training) depend on your plan.
