Click-to-reply vs managed vs connected

The difference between replying by tap, requesting managed setup, and a fully connected channel.

Yesoma offers a few ways to message customers. Here's the difference so you can pick what fits.

Click-to-reply (available now)

Yesoma opens your messaging app (e.g. WhatsApp) with the AI-drafted reply pre-filled; you tap send. Nothing is sent on your behalf and inbound replies don't auto-sync back. Great to start instantly with zero setup. Available on every plan.

Managed setup (we connect it for you)

You request a channel and Yesoma connects it for you — no third-party dashboards, no provider accounts. While it's being set up, the channel shows rolling out. Managed WhatsApp/SMS is a Business-plan feature.

Connected (full two-way)

Once a channel is connected, messages send from inside Yesoma, inbound syncs automatically, replies thread onto the case, and usage is metered. This is the full command-center experience.

Quick comparison

  • Setup effort: click-to-reply = none · managed = we do it · connected = done, live.
  • Sends from inside Yesoma: click-to-reply = no · connected = yes.
  • Inbound auto-syncs: click-to-reply = no · connected = yes.
  • Best for: click-to-reply = starting today · connected = running your business on Yesoma.
