Set up your Business Brain from your website

Already have a website? Yesoma can read it and pre-fill your Business Brain in minutes — your services, prices, hours, policies, and FAQs — instead of typing it all in by hand. You review everything before anything is saved.

How to import

1. Go to Business Brain.
2. Choose Import from website in the page header.
3. Enter your website address (e.g. yourbusiness.com) and click Read my website.
4. Yesoma reads your homepage and up to four relevant pages—such as services, pricing, contact, hours, locations, policies, or FAQs—and pulls out what it finds. Those supporting pages are read together, so one slow page does not hold up the others.
5. Review what it found. Every item has a checkbox — keep what's right, untick anything that's off.
6. Click Add selected. Only the items you kept are saved to your Business Brain.

What it picks up

• Services — with prices (when your site lists them), added to your Services list.
• Business description, tone, hours, payment methods, and service area.
• Policies (deposits, cancellations, refunds…) and FAQs.

Good to know

• Nothing is saved until you approve it. It's a review step, not an auto-fill.
• The review shows how many pages Yesoma read and the page addresses used. Extracted voice is mapped to one of Yesoma's supported reply-tone choices, and payment methods stay as separate selections instead of one unstructured line.
• Yesoma only uses what's actually on your site — it won't invent prices or make up policies. Anything it isn't sure about is left out for you to add.
• Entering a domain without https:// is fine. Yesoma tries the secure address first and can fall back to the site's standard web address when needed. It also follows common domain-to-www redirects.
• Sites built entirely in JavaScript (some site builders) may show less — you can always fill those parts in manually.
• Importing is available to Workspace Owners, Admins, and Managers, a few times per hour.
• If reading or saving fails, the dialog returns to a retryable state and keeps reviewed results open. When only some selected rows fail, successfully saved items remain saved and Yesoma identifies the first item that needs attention.
• It's a starting point: review and tidy the results, then keep building your Brain — the richer it is, the better every AI reply.
