Ask Yesoma AI and verify its sources

Learn which published Docs Ask Yesoma AI uses, what it can access, and how product guidance differs from customer Case AI.

Ask Yesoma AI is the product guide available across Yesoma's public pages and Docs. It answers from Yesoma's published documentation so setup steps, permissions, channel availability, and product behavior come from the same source customers can read and verify.

Ask a product question

Open Ask Yesoma AI, describe what you want to accomplish, and include the screen or setting you are using. Good questions include:

  • What is the process for changing a teammate's role?
  • Where do I connect customer email?
  • Which roles can approve a reply?
  • What happens after I request managed messaging setup?

When the Docs contain an answer, Ask Yesoma AI uses the relevant article and links to its canonical /docs/... page. Follow that source for the complete workflow. If no published article answers the question, the assistant should say so and direct you to support@getyesoma.com instead of inventing a step or feature. In a follow-up conversation, Yesoma retrieves against the recent user questions together so a short follow-up such as "What about Managers?" keeps the subject of the earlier question.

What product Ask AI can access

Public Ask Yesoma AI can read the published Yesoma Docs selected for your question and the messages in your current Ask AI conversation. It cannot open your workspace, inspect a private Case, see customer information, or verify a change made to your account.

Do not paste passwords, authentication codes, payment information, or private customer conversations into Ask AI. Contact Yesoma Support when an answer depends on private workspace state.

How Case AI is different

AI inside an ordinary customer Case uses the Case conversation, permitted customer context, and your workspace's reviewed Business Brain. Your Business Brain—not public Yesoma Docs—is the authority for your services, prices, policies, FAQs, and business voice. The reply remains a draft for human review unless an eligible automation was deliberately enabled.

Cases handled by Yesoma's own Support workspace can additionally use retrieved published Docs for Yesoma product facts. A Workspace governance Case is an exception: it is a protected authorization record, so Yesoma does not create a customer-facing AI reply for it. Staff use the structured request and secure review workflow instead.

Keep answers current

Yesoma rebuilds its searchable Docs index from the complete published article library during each application build. This gives the Docs assistant, public Ask AI, and eligible Yesoma Support Case analysis one shared retrieval source. When product behavior changes, Yesoma updates the applicable Docs article in the same release.
