Click-to-reply vs assisted vs connected

Compare replying from your own app, requesting assisted setup, and using a fully connected channel.

Yesoma offers a few ways to message customers. Here is the difference so you can choose the workflow that fits.

Click-to-reply

Yesoma opens your messaging app, such as WhatsApp, with the AI-drafted reply pre-filled; you tap send. Nothing is sent on your behalf, and incoming replies do not automatically sync back. It is available without a managed connection.

Assisted WhatsApp connection

You request a connection, and the Yesoma team reviews and connects your number through Meta's official WhatsApp Business service. This is not an instant or fully automatic setup. WhatsApp settings show the current stage and next safe action while setup continues.

Once receiving is enabled, Yesoma asks you to send one verification message. Replies become available only after that message reaches the correct workspace and the remaining readiness checks pass. See What happens after I request setup for the eight setup stages.

Connected two-way messaging

After setup is complete, messages can be sent from inside Yesoma, incoming messages sync automatically, replies stay with the inquiry, and usage is measured. If the connection is Receiving only, incoming messages still sync, but replies are not available yet.

Quick comparison

  • Setup effort: click-to-reply opens your own app; an assisted connection is reviewed and completed with Yesoma.
  • Sends from inside Yesoma: click-to-reply = no; connected two-way messaging = yes.
  • Inbound auto-syncs: click-to-reply = no; assisted connection after receiving is enabled = yes.
  • Best for: click-to-reply = sending from your own app; connected two-way messaging = managing conversations in Yesoma.
