Billing and plan limits

Plans, what's included on each tier, and how to upgrade, change payment, or cancel.

Yesoma plans scale with how you use the desk — solo, team, or running approvals across a busier team. This article covers what's on each tier, how to change plans, and how trials work.

Where billing lives

Settings → Billing. Every billing action opens the Stripe customer portal—your card details and invoices live there, not in Yesoma. You must be the Workspace Owner to manage billing.

What's on each tier

The current, controlling tier table is on /pricing. The plans are Starter, Business, Growth, Studio, and Enterprise. Because features and limits can change, this guide does not duplicate the full table.

WhatsApp click-to-reply is distinct from connected WhatsApp. Eligible paid teams may request the limited assisted connected-messaging pilot, but a plan purchase or request does not guarantee activation. Eligibility, Meta approval, timing, access requirements, and any provider costs are confirmed separately.

Trial

When a trial is offered, the duration and included plan appear in the signup or Billing flow. The in-app trial banner is the source of truth for the workspace's end date and remaining access.

Upgrade or change plan

Settings → Billing → Manage subscription. That opens the Stripe portal where you can change tier, swap payment method, or cancel. The portal shows the effective date and any charge or credit before confirmation.

Cancel

Use Settings → Billing → Manage subscription → Cancel. The portal shows when paid access ends. Subscription cancellation is not the same as deleting a workspace; export and deletion are controlled from Settings → Security and by the Privacy Policy.

What happens when you hit a plan limit

Yesoma's plan gates are advisory in the UI (badges) and enforced by the server actions. For example, on a free plan the invite form shows an upgrade card instead of accepting a teammate's email. The server-side check is the real backstop, so the upgrade prompt is always honest.
